The KEMPLEX EASY 600 DOUGH SHEETER has been built with an innovative conception as far as the adjustment of the working parameters is concerned.

KEMPLEX EASY 600 DOUGH SHEETER is designed to provide an alternative to the classic manual dough sheeter without having to pass to the complex automation devices of automatic machines.

It makes the operator's job more practical when setting the thickness of the pastry without using the old handle – now completely eliminated – and without having to program a computer.
Operation can be facilitated and speeded up in a simple manner using the joystick which is precise and innovative.
This machine can provide the perfect alternative between the manual dough sheeter and the automatic dough sheeter, the former more traditional and the latter, if we like, more complicated and expensive.

Simplicity is unquestionably the strong point of this machine for those who want to be in step with the times without revolutionizing their working methods.

  Control lever/Joystick: when you move the joystick to the right and left the conveyor belt moves respectively to the right/left: when you move the joystick forwards or backwards, the cylinders go up/down respectively
